Delivery

Delivery Policy:

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will deliver your goods free of charge within a reasonable walking distance of The Hungry Heart.  Outside of this, a nominal delivery fee will be applicable of $6.00 within our map radius. (see our website delivery areas within the broader CBD).

24 hours notice is always appreciated on order, as we don’t always stock large quantities of each item.

Delivery Times

We deliver catering orders at the time you specify. We do not cater on weekends or public holidays.  The Hungry Heart will try to ensure your order is prompt but will not be held responsible for delivery delays.  If you do not receive your order, please contact us.

Damaged Goods in Transit

All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch – The Hungry Heart also takes the greatest care in packaging your purchases securely with individual attention.  In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
